DJ-XVM 15-8 / 7,5 Q = 18 M3/H @ H = 80 M 7,5 KW @ 3000 RPM, TEFC Motor, 380/3/50 Vertical, inline, stainless steel pump.
Complete with inlet-outlet valves, and check valve, DOL Starting UL508 Controller, pressure gauge, pressure switch, and absorber expansion tank
پمپ جوکی (Jockey Pump):
زمانی که دبی مورد نیاز یک سیستم زیاد باشد معمولاً از پمپ های بزرگ استفاده می شود.
به دنبال آن الکترو موتورها نیز انرژی زیادی نیاز دارند تا پمپ را به حرکت در بیاورند.
از سوی دیگر در الگوی مصرف نیز زمانهایی وجود دارد که تقاضای دبی کم است و میتوان این دبی را با یک پمپ کوچک تأمین نمود و نیازی به استفاده از پمپ بزرگ نیست.
بنابراین برای صرفه جویی در مصرف انرژی و نیز کاهش استهلاک مربوط به پمپ های بزرگ، پمپی با ظرفیت آبدهی کمتر از پمپ های اصلی در نظر گرفته می شود
تا برای مصارف کم ، تنها این پمپ کوچک روشن شود و نیاز سیستم را برآورده نماید. به این پمپ، جوکی پمپ یا پمپ پیشرو گفته می شود.
برای زمانی که نشتی در سیستم آبرسانی، آبریزش در پمپ ها و افت تدریجی فشار در سیستم وجود دارد هم از جوکی پمپ جهت تأمین فشار استفاده می نمایند.
(در بوستر پمپ های دور متغیر نیازی به استفاده از جوکی پمپ نمی باشد.)

Construction
EBITT-DJ is a DOL starting controlled jockey pump system in EBITT UL fire pump stations.
The jockey pump system is being factory assembled and mounted on a common base plate
with vibration isolators complete with pump, motor, DOL starter, pump inlet-outlet valves and check valve, pressure switch,
pressure gauge and absorber type of expansion tank with replaceable membrane.
PUMPS
EBITT-XVM Series, vertical, in-line, complete stainless steel centrifugal pumps are equipped with TEFC type of motor with IP55 protection 380V/415V, 50 Hz, IEC standardized type.
- Pump wet ends are completely in AISI304 Stainless steel. Sealing of pump is mechanical type, bi-directional.
- Connections are threaded type.
JOCKEY PUMP CONTROLLER
EBITT Jockey Pumps’ controller is listed to UL508 Standard for industrial Controls.
The controller contains an externally operable horsepower rated motor circuit protection device, a motor contactor and a door mounted hand-off-auto switch.
Our jockey pump controller includes a pressure switch with independent high and low set points for automatic starting and stopping and has the following features;
- Externally operable motor starter protector
- Motor contactor
- Hand-off-auto selector switch
- Pressure switch
- Control Power transformer
- Minimum run period timer.
