(HD Fire Brand Automatic pressure Maintenance Device)
Description
Automatic Pressure Maintenance Device Model PMD-1 is pressure maintenance device which regulates and restricts the air flow.
It is automatic and field adjustable.
It is used to control the pressure in pre-action system or in dry pilot actuated Deluge Valve System.
It is available pre-assembled with bypass line.
The device is used for supply of air through plant air supply compressor or nitrogen cylinder.
A by-pass valve is provided for quick filling of the system during initial pressurisation, and then this valve is kept closed.
The device consists of RFF Norgren Pressure Regulator.
Check Valve is provided to prevent back-flow.
